Hollywood actress Amber Heard has stated during an interview in recent times that the notes  

She took by her therapy therapist who she was speaking about the abuse, 

Could have altered the verdict in her defamation lawsuit against her former husband Johnny Depp. 

As per The Hollywood Reporter, the note-taking which were not allowed in the trial was made by the actress in an interview with an online publication. 

"I'm talking about what happened to me in real-time. She's taking contemporaneous notes of what's happening," Heard in the interview. 

Guthrie states that "Dateline" reviewed the notes and states that they reveal there was a January 2011 incident.

The jury gave Johnny Depp USD 15 million in damages. However, Amber Heard will only have to pay USD 10.35 million to cover the cost.
